Litigation Associate

Paige joined Friedman Estate Litigation first as a Student-at-Law in November of 2022 and later returned to the firm as an Associate Litigation Lawyer upon her call to the bar.

Paige is a committed and passionate advocate for individuals involved in difficult family situations especially when those situations involve capacity issues or the death of a loved one. Paige takes a creative and practical approach to ensure clients can efficiently resolve their estate and litigation disputes. Paige is committed and dedicated to providing all of her clients with timely, effective and reliable service.

Prior to joining Friedman Estate Litigation, Paige attained her Honours Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, where she majored in Social Psychology, in addition to receiving a University Certificate in Leadership and Management in the Not-For-Profit Sector.

Paige achieved her LL.B upon completion of the Graduate Law Program at the University of Sussex, where she was also a member of the Women’s Rugby Team. Born and raised in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, Paige is excited to be back in Simcoe County after years of travelling and living abroad.

Paige also works as a group co-ordinator for Seasons Centre for Grieving Children where she provides peer to peer support for children who are grieving the loss of a parent or sibling.

When she is not at the office, Paige spends her time with family and friends, and can often be found outdoors with her dog, Pepper.
